STAUD accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
